1. What ingredients do you use in your treats?
We use natural, human-grade ingredients such as oats, peanut butter (no sugar or xylitol), apple, cheddar cheese, natural bacon, and eggs.
We never use artificial colors, preservatives, or fillers.
2. Are your treats safe for my dog?
Yes! All ingredients are dog-safe and commonly recommended by veterinarians.
Each batch is baked fresh in small batches to ensure quality and freshness.
3. How long do the treats last?
Treats stay fresh for 4–6 weeks if stored in a cool, dry place.
You can also refrigerate them to extend their freshness.
4. Do you ship orders?
Yes, we ship within the United States.
All orders ship within 3–5 business days from the date of purchase.
5. Can I personalize a dog tag or charm?
Absolutely!
You can choose the color, shape, and personalization (your dog's name or a short phrase).
Each tag is laser-engraved for durability.
6. Do you offer birthday treats or special occasion bundles?
Yes!
We have seasonal collections throughout the year, and you can also request a birthday bundle or custom add-ons.
7. How will I know my order was received?
You’ll receive an instant order confirmation email with your order details and estimated processing time.
8. Can I see how the treats are made?

9. Do you accept returns or exchanges?
Because our treats are perishable pet products, we cannot accept returns.
